Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil.
  2. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, turn off the heat, keep the lid on, and let the eggs cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Take out the eggs and use a spoon to gently whack the shell of each egg to create a web-like pattern for the sauce to penetrate the egg shell.
  4. Add the eggs back into the pot, along with all the other ingredients.
  5. Simmer for 60 minutes.
  6. Let the pot cool and refrigerate overnight.
